A small town near the southern tip of the Islands.

Ratmeat is one of the more peaceful towns on the Islands. It's an offshoot of Ratshank formed by the Gullseye gang. The Gullseyes keep the other gangs out of Ratmeat and watch over the citizens, demanding food in exchange for this protection.

As the name suggests, Ratmeat gets most of its meat from either the rats crawling around the surrounding garbage mountains or the seagulls that hang around the coast.

The Gullseyes regularly send someone out to Ratshank to collect water from the purifier. They take this water back and distribute it to citizens depending on who's been paying their protection fees.
